 Negotiator piloted by Chris Parsonage and Bard Eker competed in Egypt this weekend at The Class-1 offshore powerboat race. After producing their best showing in qualifying, they produced their best result of the season bringing Negotiator home in fourth place.

 In practice today at the Class-1 offshore race scheduled for this weekend, Bård Eker and Chris Parsonage turned in the third best time. Spirit Of Norway turned in the best time followed by Qatar 96 and then the Negotiator. The weather was rough and difficult.

 The Hydrolift C-27 has been nominated for the European Powerboat Of The Year. The European Powerboat Award is an initiative of the leading European
motorboat magazines: Barche a Motore (Italy), Boote (Germany), Neptune
(France), Swissboat (Switzerland) and Yachtsrevue (Austria). As always,
the winner of the European Powerboat Award will be announced at a
special event during the Dusseldorf Boat Show, “boot 2008,” which runs
January 19-27.

 The Stavanger Boat Show was held over the weekend of September 29-30. Our dealer in Stavanger Norsk Båtsenter Sport manage to create a very nice atmosphere even though the weather wasn’t the best. All the hydrolift models were on display including the the new C-27 family cruiser. There were a lot of visitors and the responce again was very positive.

 Yesterday Oslo Marine kit off the first Hydrolift Shop in Shop solution. The idea is to have a small Hydrolift shop in every dealer location. This way we can best present the 2008 model updates along with new paint and textile choices. In order to shorten delivery times we choose certain combinations but all models can be customized how ever you like. The shop also includes a large selection of our Hydrolift clothing collections and the Hydrolift Media center, a kiosk terminal with direct access to hydrolift website with constanly updated video and media.

 We had the C-27 cab on display at the Southampton Boat Show last week.
The interest from the visitors was very positive, and it looks like this model will be a hit for the UK market.
Graham did a very good job on explaining the boats intentions and functions.

 I Kristiansand ble det arrangert båtmesse under helgen 15. og 16.
september. Med flott vær første dag var det stor trafikk for å se og
prøvekjøre alle modellene som var utstilt. Hydrolift var representert
med den nye C-27 samt S-24 og C-31. På land var også en Koenigsegg CCR
utstilt til glede for alle fremmøtte. Hydrolift AS gratulerer Ove
Kåveland og hans mannskap hos Norsk Båtsenter Sport for vel gjennomført
arrangement.
