 Bard Eker and Chris Parsonage bring the Negotiator home in fifth place at last weekends Class-1 offshore race in Romania. "Finally
we got the engine issues sorted out after working so hard the entire
first half of this season. We got a good start and took 2.nd position
during the first bend after the start grid. This was our first real
race togehter as drivers and we really enjoyed it, finally we can start
on our learning curve on driving the boat together...
We did not push it hard out there, the boat was running spotless the entire race, and the fullfillment of our first race was our most important goal. Thanks to the crews hard work since we started on the new engine package finally gave us result, and we are happy with the 5th position. Now the mechanics will go through the engine system and secure and improve certain elements before the next race in Egypt." Bård Eker |
